a. turn of " Keep my library up to date " in the amboss library setting
b. Go to your phone / ipad settings
c. Click on General
d. Click on background app refresh
e. uncheck the amboss app

Turn of the mobile data / wifi /internet of your device whenever you open amboss app
always use this app in offline mode
Always close the application from the recent tabs before resuming your internet .
in case your trial ends
Delete your account and sign up again .
