Introduction
In this blog, we have found the latest available resources on USMLE STEP 1 Experience - By Dr. Ramprakash Tamilselvan. Our website is dedicated to collecting all the free quality resources that are available on the internet. We do not own any files personally on our website, but what we do is collect them which are scattered over in difficult nooks and corners of the web. The major drawback is that we need to check every other link posted in the past ourselves, which becomes hectic and time-consuming as time passes (as new content is added). It is you people who have to report to us if any links are not working as they should be.
We are very proud to present you with a working download link of the latest USMLE STEP 1 Experience - By Dr. Ramprakash Tamilselvan. This website contains free PDFs, videos, ebooks, and other stuff that are incredibly rare to find by yourself. On our website, we believe in providing quality products to everyone.

Step 1 passed ! ( exam day : june 29, 2022 )Thanks to this group. U dont need of any extra brain to do this exam. it is just the right way of prep !I was a average student in my Medical school. If i can do, you can also do it with ease !. i will tell you the do's and dont'sSources used :1. first aid ( primary ) , 2 times2. uworld 55 % completed ( not completed, you pls complete entire UW )3. first aid flash facts ( highly recommended )4. Rx qbank ( i did some of my weak portions )5. Nbme : no nbmes6. Uwsa 1, 2 : 225 and 2307. free 120 : 65 %8. no other source like pathoma or bnb etc9. no recalls - strictly No . this would narrow down your thought processDedicated period : 2 weeks, studied 8 hours per day. ( if you can study more than 10 hours, it would affect the next day )How to study and my mistakes :1. complete uworld once . i didnt do this, since my uworld expired , i wasnt able to buy again, and i didnt like the offline uworld2. do take atleast 2 nbme . i didnt do this, since online nbme i cannot afford and offine nbme i didnt like the interface3. the most underrated qbank 'rx 360'. a must do ! since this helps in memorization of first aid4. first aid flashfacts : fa flashfacts is the key to master this step 1 exam. this is my strength. ( buy it, very affordable )5. My own teach: i have taught guyton physiology many times and Human histology too . I always teach . I highly recommend this, you can even teach yourself.6. eat right and exercise daily.A BIG DON'T ! ( never ever do this mistake )- Passive mode of studying ! please dont do thisfor ex. doing bnb for some months, doing pathoma for some months, reading first aid etcthese type of study are not going to help for your future; even if u pass step 1 with this method of study, later u forget all basics. What should you do then ?first aid flash facts ! ( buy online, its much affordable ). Do this daily , along with uworld ( use as learning tool ) . take nbme, uwsa as assessment tools. How is my exam day and day before exam ?- i travelled 6 hours from my hometown to chennai (India),reached in the afternoon, the day before exam.- i go through my first aid highlighted points.- then i played badminton in a nearby indoor club, in the evening. this gave me a complete relaxed feel. i would advise swimming much better than this.- i had dinner, bought some fruits, bread etc and slept at around 10 pm, woke up around 5.30am- morning i got ready with fruits and bread ( i dont want to go chocolates or protein bar or caffiene , since they are new to me ), went to restaurant at 7am, I had avery good breakfast. 7.30 i was inside the exam room- A mistake at exam day - i didnt check my breaktime duration properly , i was doing very leisurely , in 4 blocks i noticed that i used all my break times. i was surprised to sit for 3 blocks continuously !- i think and pick the options for all almost all questions. i completed each block with 2 or 3 minutes left. i didnt flag anything, also i didnt go back to any questions.- after i finish exam, i gone for swimming for the next two days. i started uworld step 2 ck immediately after 2 days.- i didnt think about my step 1 exam. directly concentrated on step 2ck. i was planning to complete step 2ck irrespective of step 1 resultMy advice :always have a strong plan B. you can then have a relaxed prep time and exam dayplease feel free to contact me insta @med_madness, or put your comments below , i am glad to help you
